Provide funds for examinations and eyeglasses for the financially burdened.
Provide funds for food baskets at Christmas.
Provide four (4) annual scholarships.
Provide aid for families who have had a serious illness, accident or fire.
Collect used eyeglasses for overseas distribution to needy persons.
Collect used hearing aids.
Sponsor and run the West Liberty Labor Day Festival and Parade.
Enter a float in area parades.
Maintain West Liberty's 35 acre park.
Staff the recycle center at West Liberty City Garage every Saturday.
